it's recipe week!

Hey y'all - I have another meal plan coming out on Friday Update: here! to give you enough time to buy your groceries this weekend and give it a try on Monday! To prepare for this next mega-post, I'm publishing all of the recipes you need for it. What's so great about the next meal plan? It uses ingredients and pantry items you have leftover from the Week 1 meal plan. Check it out here.

Here's a little sneak peek of the second meal plan...broccoli pesto tortellini, turkey tacos, and a black bean, corn, and avocado salad!


Here are some of the new recipes! (Left) A revised version my super-yummy black bean, corn, and avocado salad, and (right) mini Italian turkey meatloaves. The Hubs flipped out over these little meatloaves. He gobbled his down before I could even ask if he liked it (y'all - he thought it was beef), and didn't complain when I fed him plain steamed broccoli and a big handful of redleaf lettuce. You can see in the picture below that I had to smother it in ranch dressing...pick your battles. At least I got the man to eat his greens.
